WHAT: DOWNTOWN ART FEST
WHEN: March 9, 2013
WHERE: North Kentucky Avenue, Downtown Lakeland, Florida
COSTS: 12 X 12 Booth - $50
CLOSING DATE: When filled.
Complete the application form and return with your booth fee. No spaces can be reserved without a booth fee. Email photos of your work to [email protected] and we will put them on the website for people to see before the event.

Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be made by email as soon as possible after receipt.
BOOTH SPACE: 12’ X 12’. If more space is desired, i.e. one additional space required, your booth fee with be doubled. There is a maximum of twenty four feet per application. You must stay within your own space. This includes tent weights, canopies and display stands. Booths will be located on the street of North Kentucky Avenue, Lakeland. The maximum number of artisans will be 50.
SECURITY: You are responsible for setting up and securing your booth and merchandise. There will not be additional security.
SETUP/TEARDOWN: Setup will start at 6 am on Saturday. Teardown must be completed by 5 pm. All vehicles must be out of show area by 8 am and cannot return until 4:15 pm. Booth areas must be left clean and all trash put in trash cans.
